It’s exciting to reflect on how far Advanced Appraisal TN has come. What started as a small, one-person real estate appraisal company back in 2001—then known asAdvanced Appraisal Services—has grown consistently over the years. Now, we're proud to share how we are expanding our footprint in the real estate valuation industry.

Why do we say we are growing? Here's the breakdown:

• New Commercial Valuation Offerings: We entered into a joint venture with CRV Group to provide comprehensive commercial real estate valuations and consultation services. This partnership expands our reach into a critical sector of real estate appraisal, allowing us to offer expert analysis on a wide range of commercial properties.
• New Residential Appraisal Office in Lebanon, TN: The joint venture with CRV Group also enabled us to open a residential real estate appraisal office in Lebanon, TN, strategically located just east of Nashville. This move positions us to better serve homeowners and real estate professionals in Middle Tennessee.
• Rebranding for Growth: With the expansion into new areas, we realized our old domain, www.knoxvilleappraisal.com, no longer fit our broader service area. To reflect our growing presence across the state, we rebranded as Advanced Appraisal TN, complete with a new domain—www.advancedappraisaltn.com.
• A New Look and Team: Along with the name change came a fresh logo, an expanded team of skilled appraisers, a new office, and a new website.  These updates reflect our dedication to providing accurate, professional real estate appraisals and embracing new opportunities in the industry.

With our new office in Middle Tennessee, we are now equipped to serve eight additional counties in the state. This growth means more homeowners, real estate professionals, and investors can benefit from our expert valuation services.
