Hi! I am Chris Skalet and I am a Certified Residential Appraiser. I founded Advanced Appraisal Services in 2001. Our mission has been to provide quality appraisal services in a very timely manner. We are the leading provider of residential real estate appraisal services in the Greater Knoxville Area. I have been appraising in this area since 1998, which by the way, was a great year for the University of Tennessee Vols football team. GO VOLS!
I grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee and attended Bearden High School and the University of Tennessee. My family consists of my beautiful wife and two kids. When I am not appraising, or investing in residential real estate, you can find me on the tennis court, hiking in beautiful East Tennessee, cheering on the Vols, going to concerts, or entertaining friends at our house.
