Mark Broussard

After beginning my real estate appraisal career as a trainee in 2001 and receiving my Certified Residential license in 2005, I acquired my Certified General license in 2008 and joined Advanced Appraisal Services that same year.  Over the course of my career, I have been witness to many changes in the appraisal profession as well as the ups and downs (mostly ups) of the residential real estate market in Knoxville and the five surrounding counties which we serve.  Through continuing education, research and market trends analysis, and hands-on daily experiences attained in the field, I feel I am well prepared to provide appraisal services that meet or exceed our client's requirements and expectations.

Equally as important, I am most grateful to Chris Skalet for the work environment he has fostered over the years and the unwavering support he has given the rest of our team at Advanced Appraisal Services and for me to excel at our profession.
