Sam Speed

HI! My name is Sam Speed and I am a licensed residential real estate appraiser with Advanced Appraisal Services. I am originally from Knoxville and love this city! When I am not working, I am outside rock climbing with my girlfriend and two dogs all over the South East. I have been climbing for over 10 years and have climbed all over the United States,  Spain, and Greece.  I love traveling and seeing new places and cultures and enjoying all the great foods in different areas!
